Aberdeen Servisair Lounge is suitable for both International and Domestic passengers at Aberdeen Airport. To access the lounge please ensure that you have your Confirmation Printout and Boarding Pass or Proof of Identity (for example Passport).

Normal Opening Times

Aberdeen Servisair Lounge is open daily from 05:00 to 19:30, with late opening until 22:00 on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

The Aberdeen Servisair Lounge is closed on 25 th December.

Length of Stay

You may arrive at the Aberdeen Servisair Lounge up to 3 hours before your flight time. Entry prior to this time will be at the discretion of Lounge Staff.

Directions

You will find the Aberdeen Servisair Lounge located after security. Through central departures, turn right towards Gate 1.

Facilities

Complimentary snacks (biscuits and crisps), drinks including tea, coffee, soft and alcoholic drink. There is a charge champagne.

Flight Information

All lounges have Flight Information Screens and you are responsible for catching your flight. Lounge staff may announce flight details, but cannot guarantee to do so.

Luggage

For security reasons if you need to leave the lounge you must take all luggage with you, even if you wish to return.

Dress Code & Etiquette

Lounges have a smart casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expect reasonable behaviour from guests.

Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.

Children

Children over the age of 12 years are permitted to the Aberdeen Servisair Lounge. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Disabled Facilities

There are limited disabled facilities in the Aberdeen Servisair Lounge and prior notice is required to arrange furniture if necessary.

Smoking

Aberdeen Servisair Lounge is non-smoking.
