Birmingham International Servisair Lounge is only suitable for International passengers travelling from the Main Terminal at Birmingham International Airport only. To access the lounge please ensure that you have your Confirmation Printout and Boarding Pass or Proof of Identity (for example Passport).

Normal Opening Times: Birmingham International Servisair Lounge is open daily from 06:00 to 21:30.

The Birmingham International Servisair Lounge is closed on 25th December.

Length of Stay: You may arrive at the Birmingham International Servisair Lounge up to 3 hours before your flight time. Entry prior to this time will be at the discretion of Lounge Staff.

Directions: As you go through security, turn immediately left again through the double doors. The Birmingham International Servisair Lounge is on your right hand side.

Facilities: Complimentary snacks (biscuits and crisps), drinks including tea, coffee, soft and alcoholic drink. There is a charge champagne. TV, Flight Information, Newspapers and Magazines.

Business Centre Facilities: Phone and Fax.

Flight Information: All lounges have Flight Information Screens and you are responsible for catching your flight. Lounge staff may announce flight details, but cannot guarantee to do so.

Luggage: For security reasons if you need to leave the lounge you must take all luggage with you, even if you wish to return.

Dress Code & Etiquette: Lounges have a smart casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expect reasonable behaviour from guests.

Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.

Children: Children over the age of 12 years are permitted to the Birmingham International Servisair Lounge. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Disabled Facilities: Birmingham International Servisair Lounge has disabled access. Although there are no disabled toilets within the Lounge, there are disabled toilets located nearby in the airport terminal.

Smoking: Birmingham International Servisair Lounge is non-smoking.

Seating Capacity: 50

Important Information: The Birmingham International Servisair Lounge is located after Passport Control in Terminal 1 (Main Terminal) and therefore is not suitable for passengers on domestic flights or departing on flights from Terminal 2.
