The Cardiff Airport Lounge is suitable for both International and Domestic passengers at Cardiff International Airport. To access the lounge please ensure that you have your Confirmation Printout and Boarding Pass or Proof of Identity (for example Passport).
Normal Opening Times: Cardiff Airport Lounge is open daily from 05:00 to 21:00.
The Cardiff Airport Lounge is closed on 25th December.
Length of Stay: You may arrive at the Lounge up to 3 hours before your flight time, or earlier is the lounge is not full. Entry prior to this time will be at the discretion of Lounge Staff.
Directions: The Cardiff 51° Servisair Lounge is situated in the main terminal building. Simply follow the signs for the 51 Lounge.
Facilities: Complimentary snacks (biscuits, crisps, fresh fruit and light bites), drinks including tea, coffee, soft and alcoholic drink. There is a charge champagne and a limit of two alcoholic drinks per customer. Selection of newspapers and magazines. Widescreen TV.
Business Centre Facilities: Pay Telephone, Fax and Photocopier Services.
Flight Information: All lounges have Flight Information Screens and you are responsible for catching your flight. Lounge staff may announce flight details, but cannot guarantee to do so.
Luggage: For security reasons if you need to leave the lounge you must take all luggage with you, even if you wish to return.
Dress Code & Etiquette: Lounges have a smart casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expect reasonable behaviour from guests.
Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.
Children: Children under the age of 18 years are not permitted in the Cardiff 51° Servisair Lounge.
Disabled Facilities: There is disabled access to the Cardiff 51° Servisair Lounge.
Smoking: The Cardiff 51° Servisair Lounge is non-smoking.
Views: The Cardiff Airport Lounge has views over the airport frontage and the Vale of Glamorgan.
