Normal Opening Times

London Gatwick South Terminal Servisair Lounge is open daily from 05:00 to 22:00, except Sundays, when the Lounge is open from 06:00 to 16:00.

Length of Stay

You may arrive at the Lounge up to 3 hours before your flight time. Entry prior to this time will be at the discretion of Lounge Staff.

Directions

After passing through Passport Control in to the Departure Area, simply follow the signs to the Airline Lounge, which is on the upper level. Access is via lift or stairs.

Facilities

Complimentary snacks (biscuits and crisps), drinks including tea, coffee, soft and alcoholic drink. There is a charge champagne. TV, Newspapers and Magazines, Flight information calls made and showers available.

Flight Information

All lounges have Flight Information Screens and you are responsible for catching your flight. Lounge staff may announce flight details, but cannot guarantee to do so.

Luggage

For security reasons if you need to leave the lounge you must take all luggage with you, even if you wish to return.

Lounges have a smart casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expect reasonable behaviour from guests.

Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.
