London Gatwick South Terminal Servisair Lounge is suitable for both International and Domestic passengers at London Gatwick Airport (South Terminal). To access the lounge please ensure that you have your Confirmation Printout and Boarding Pass or Proof of Identity (for example Passport).
Normal Opening Times London Gatwick South Terminal Servisair Lounge is open daily from 05:00 to 22:00, except Sundays, when the Lounge is open from 06:00 to 16:00.
Length of Stay: You may arrive at the Lounge up to 3 hours before your flight time. Entry prior to this time will be at the discretion of Lounge Staff.
Directions: After passing through Passport Control in to the Departure Area, simply follow the signs to the Airline Lounge, which is on the upper level. Access is via lift or stairs.
Facilities: Complimentary snacks (biscuits and crisps), drinks including tea, coffee, soft and alcoholic drink. There is a charge champagne. TV, Newspapers and Magazines, Flight information calls made and showers available.
Business Centre Facilities: Credit card Phone, Fax and Internet.
Flight Information: All lounges have Flight Information Screens and you are responsible for catching your flight. Lounge staff may announce flight details, but cannot guarantee to do so.
Luggage: For security reasons if you need to leave the lounge you must take all luggage with you, even if you wish to return.
Dress Code & Etiquette: Lounges have a smart casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expect reasonable behaviour from guests.
Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.
Children: Children are permitted in the London Gatwick South Terminal Servisair Lounge. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Disabled Facilities: Disabled access to the London Gatwick South Terminal Servisair Lounge is via lifts to the 3 rd floor when on Landside or via walkways and ramps when airside. There are also disabled toilets available at the London Gatwick South Terminal Servisair Lounge.
