London Heathrow Terminal 1 Servisair Lounge is suitable for International passengers at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 1. To access the lounge please ensure that you have your Confirmation Printout and Boarding Pass or Proof of Identity (for example Passport).

Normal Opening Times

London Heathrow Terminal 1 Servisair Lounge is open daily from 06:00 to 22:00 and from 07:30 to 20:00 on Sundays.

Length of Stay

You may arrive at the Lounge up to 3 hours before your flight time. Entry prior to this time will be at the discretion of Lounge Staff.

Directions

After passing through Passport Control, turn right at ‘Whiskies of the World’ and take the lift or stairs to the second floor. Simply follow the signs along the balcony to the Lounge.

Facilities

Complimentary snacks (biscuits and crisps), drinks including tea, coffee, soft and alcoholic drink. There is a charge champagne. TV and flight information display screens. Newspapers and Magazines. Multilingual staff who speak some French, German and Italian. There are no toilet facilities in the Lounge; however toilets are located in close proximity.

Business Centre Facilities

Credit Car Telephone with compoints, Credit Card Faxes (send and receive) and Coin Payphone.

Flight Information

All lounges have Flight Information Screens and you are responsible for catching your flight. Lounge staff may announce flight details, but cannot guarantee to do so.

Luggage

For security reasons if you need to leave the lounge you must take all luggage with you, even if you wish to return.

Dress Code & Etiquette

Lounges have a smart casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expect reasonable behaviour from guests.

Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.

Children

Children are permitted to the London Heathrow Terminal 1 Servisair Lounge. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Disabled Facilities

There is disabled access to the London Heathrow Terminal 1 Servisair Lounge. Unfortunately there are no disabled toilet facilities available in London; however there are disabled toilets located nearby in the terminal.

Smoking

There are designated smoking and non-smoking areas within London Heathrow Terminal 1 Servisair Lounge.

Important Information

The London Heathrow Terminal 1 Servisair Lounge is located after Passport Control in Terminal 1 and therefore is not suitable for passengers on domestic flights, travelling to the Republic of Ireland or from other Terminals at London Heathrow. Lounges are also available in Terminals 2, 3 and 4 if you are travelling from one of these.
