London Heathrow Terminal 3 Servisair Lounge is suitable for International passengers at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 3. To access the lounge please ensure that you have your Confirmation Printout and Boarding Pass or Proof of Identity (for example Passport).

Normal Opening Times

London Heathrow Terminal 3 Servisair Lounge is open daily from 06:30 to 22:30.

Length of Stay

You may arrive at the Lounge up to 3 hours before your flight time. Entry prior to this time will be at the discretion of Lounge Staff.

Directions

After passing through Passport Control into the Departure Lounge, proceed through the doors towards Gates 12a-55. Follow signs to Airline Lounges B-J and then pick up signs for Airline Lounge F (Gate 12a). Take the lift or stairs to the second floor and go through the double doors. Turn right and follow the corridor round to the Servisair Lounge.

Facilities

Complimentary snacks (biscuits, crisps, mixed nuts and pretzels), drinks including tea, coffee, soft and alcoholic drink. There is a charge champagne. TV and flight information display screens. Newspapers and Magazines. Multilingual staff who speak some French, German and Italian.

Business Centre Facilities

Credit Card Fax (send and receive) and Internet Access. Coin Payphone.

Flight Information

All lounges have Flight Information Screens and you are responsible for catching your flight. Lounge staff may announce flight details, but cannot guarantee to do so.

Luggage

For security reasons if you need to leave the lounge you must take all luggage with you, even if you wish to return.

Dress Code & Etiquette

Lounges have a smart casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expect reasonable behaviour from guests.

Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.

Children

Children are permitted to the London Heathrow Terminal 3 Servisair Lounge. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children are charged at full adult price.

Disabled Facilities

Disabled access to the lounge is via the lifts to the second floor.

Smoking

There are designated smoking and non-smoking areas within London Heathrow Terminal 3 Servisair Lounge.

Important Information

The London Heathrow Terminal 3 Servisair Lounge is located after Passport Control in Terminal 3 and therefore is not suitable for passengers on domestic flights, travelling to the Republic of Ireland or from other Terminals at London Heathrow. Lounges are also available in Terminals 1, 2 and 4 if you are travelling from one of these.
