London Heathrow Terminal 4 Holideck Lounge is suitable for International passengers at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4. To access the lounge please ensure that you have your Confirmation Printout and Boarding Pass or Proof of Identity (for example Passport).

Normal Opening Times

London Heathrow Terminal 4 Holideck Lounge is open daily from 05:30 to 22:00.

Length of Stay

You may arrive at the Lounge up to 3 hours before your flight time. Earlier entry may be allowed unless the lounge is full. Entry prior to this time will be at the discretion of Lounge Staff.

Directions

After passing through Passport Control proceed into the Departures Hall and turn right at the British Airways desk in front of you. Simply follow the signs to the Holideck Lounge, which you will find at Gate 15/16.

Facilities

Complimentary snacks (biscuits and crisps), drinks including tea, coffee, soft and alcoholic drink. There is a charge champagne. Sky Television, Computer Video Games, Children’s Play Tables, Music Listening Post, Newspapers and Magazines.

Business Centre Facilities

Wireless Internet Access, Fax and Telephones.

Flight Information

All lounges have Flight Information Screens and you are responsible for catching your flight. Lounge staff may announce flight details, but cannot guarantee to do so.

Luggage

For security reasons if you need to leave the lounge you must take all luggage with you, even if you wish to return.

Dress Code & Etiquette

Lounges have a smart casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expect reasonable behaviour from guests.

Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.

Children

Children are permitted to the London Heathrow Terminal 4 Holideck Lounge, although children under the age of 16 years are not permitted on the Upper Deck. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Disabled Facilities

Disabled access is available to the Main Deck of the London Heathrow Terminal 4 Holideck Lounge; however the upper levels have no lift access. Disabled toilet facilities are available in the London Heathrow Terminal 4 Holideck Lounge.

Smoking

There are dedicated smoking rooms on the Enterprise and Upper Deck areas of the London Heathrow Terminal 4 Holideck Lounge.

The London Heathrow Terminal 4 Holideck Lounge has a glazed observatory providing panoramic views of the runway.

Important Information

The London Heathrow Terminal 4 Holideck Lounge is located after Passport Control in Terminal 4 and therefore is not suitable for passengers on domestic flights, travelling to the Republic of Ireland or from other Terminals at London Heathrow. Lounges are also available in Terminals 1, 2 and 3 if you are travelling from one of these.
