London Luton Aviance Reed Lounge is suitable for both International and Domestic passengers at London Luton Airport. To access the lounge please ensure that you have your Confirmation Printout and Boarding Pass or Proof of Identity (for example Passport).

Normal Opening Times

Luton Reed Aviation Lounge is open daily from 05:45 to 22:30.

The Luton Reed Aviation Lounge is closed on 25 th December.

Length of Stay

You may arrive at the Lounge up to 3 hours before your flight time. Early entry may be granted if the lounge is not full. Entry prior to this time will be at the discretion of Lounge Staff.

Directions

After passing through Passport Control and the Security Checkpoint into the Departure Area, proceed to the first floor and you will find the entrance to the Lounge next to Monsoon.

Facilities

Complimentary snacks (biscuits and crisps), drinks including tea, coffee, soft and alcoholic drink. There is a charge champagne. TV and PA Speakers with a selection of easy listening music. Newspapers and Magazines. Air Conditioning.

Business Centre Facilities

Internet Access, Pay Telephone and Fax Services.

Flight Information

All lounges have Flight Information Screens and you are responsible for catching your flight. Lounge staff may announce flight details, but cannot guarantee to do so.

Luggage

For security reasons if you need to leave the lounge you must take all luggage with you, even if you wish to return.

Dress Code & Etiquette

Lounges have a smart casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expect reasonable behaviour from guests.

Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.

Children

Children are not permitted in the Luton Reed Aviation Lounge.

Disabled Facilities

There is disabled access to the Luton Reed Aviation Lounge.

Smoking

Luton Reed Aviation Lounge is non-smoking.
