Newcastle Servisair Lounge is suitable for International passengers at Newcastle Airport. To access the lounge please ensure that you have your Confirmation Printout and Boarding Pass or Proof of Identity (for example Passport).

Normal Opening Times

Newcastle Servisair Lounge is open daily from 05:15 to 20:30, with early closing at 20:00 on Saturdays.

The Newcastle Servisair Lounge is closed on 25 th December.

Length of Stay

You may arrive at the Lounge up to 3 hours before your flight time. Entry prior to this time will be at the discretion of Lounge Staff.

Directions

After passing through Passport Control and Security Control turn left. Then turn right towards Dixons and walk past the escalator and lifts. You will find the lounge situated on the right hand side.

Facilities

Complimentary snacks (biscuits and crisps), drinks including tea, coffee, soft and alcoholic drink. There is a charge champagne. Television.

Fax, Coin and Credit Card Telephones, Internet and Wi-Fi Internet Access.

Flight Information

All lounges have Flight Information Screens and you are responsible for catching your flight. Lounge staff may announce flight details, but cannot guarantee to do so.

Luggage

For security reasons if you need to leave the lounge you must take all luggage with you, even if you wish to return.

Dress Code & Etiquette

Lounges have a smart casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expect reasonable behaviour from guests.

Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.

Children

Children over the age of 12 years are permitted to the Newcastle Servisair Lounge. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Disabled Facilities

There is disabled access to the Newcastle Servisair Lounge.

Smoking

Newcastle Servisair Lounge is non-smoking.

The Newcastle Servisair Lounge is located after Passport Control and therefore is not suitable for passengers on domestic flights.
