Meteor Meet & Greet Heathrow Airport T1,2,3,4,5


Open 24/7 Meteor will meet you at the terminal and park your car for you. On your return Meteor will bring your car back to you. Cars are stored in secure ParkMark car parks during your trip. Arrival and departure proceedures vary slightly for each terminal. Please see below for full details.

Terminal 1

Arrival Procedure Follow signs to Departures, up ramp, keep to the left hand lane, down slope and left into the Valet Parking Bays. The Reception is branded Meteor Valet Parking.you will be required to leave your car keys.

Departure Procedure Go up to Departures, exit the terminal building, down the ramp to Meteor Valet Parking Reception where your car will be waiting.

Terminal 2

Arrival Procedure Follow signs to terminal 2 Departures, take right hand lane to the end, Meteor Valet Reception is 100 metres diagonally left. you will be required to leave your car keys.
Departure Procedure Clear customs then call the number on your confirmation. Exit terminal 2 and turn left to end of concourse to the Meteor Valet Parking Reception.

Terminal 3

Arrival Procedure Follow signs to Departures pass the Short term car park.Take 2nd on the the right.Keep to the right drive to the far end & CPS/Meteor reception is just before the red and white hoarding.park as close as possible.
Departure Procedure Clear customs call the number on your confirmation. Follow signs to Exit doors and make your way to their official Valet parking desk inside the building to collect keys.

Terminal 4

Arrival Procedure Parking reception is located on Arrivals floor. Follow signs for Meteor valet Parking for lower level, 3rd lane from the terminal building.you will be required to leave your keys.
Departure Procedure After clearing Customs, call the number on your confirmation. Exit the Arrivals building, take 3rd lane, turn right and reception is at the end on the right hand side.

Important: Waiting is not permitted on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If your arrival time changes please notify Meteor using the phone number on your booking confirmation.

Terminal 5

Please call the number on your confirmation ten minutes before your arrival at Heathrow, follow signs to Terminal 5, the Meteor Chauffeur will meet you on the Departure. Full return proceedures will be given to you by the driver.
