APH Birmingham - The transfer to the airport was very good. Coming back, although I rang from the terminal and was told the bus was on its way I have to wait over 25 minutes for a bus on both occasions. Also the drivers on my first holiday was very helpful with getting my case on and off the buses. I have problems lifting my case out of the storage rack. On my second trip the driver to the airport again was helpful but the one coming back just sat in his cab and signalled us to get on. If it is part of their job to help them he did not. If the other drivers do it as an extra well I was just unlucky that time.
