If you haven't received an email confirmation, it is highly likely that your email provider has wrongly sorted the email as junk

All the major email providers use similar systems, they may use the terms "Junk Mail, Spam, Unsolicited Email or Bulk". When you have found your confirmation don't forget to mark the message as legitimate
