Arrival Procedures
On arrival, go to the cruise parking reception and hand in your printed voucher (or quote booking reference). Porters will assist you with luggage whilst the driver is directed to a parking bay.

Departure Procedures
On return, you make your way to the parking bay and collect your car.

Check-in Time
We recommend you allow 20 minutes to park and walk into the terminal building.

Directions
Follow the M2/A2 or M20/A20 route to Dover and then the signs for the cruise terminal.

Security Measures
The fully alarmed building is regularly patrolled by Dover Harbour Police.
