Directions
From the M23 exit at Junction 10 and take the A2011 Ring Road. At the next roundabout follow signs to Horsham. The hotel is at the junction with the A23 on the right hand side.

Parking Package Information
The Crowne Plaza Hotel offers three packages for customers.
On Site Parking Package: Transfers to the airport operate every 40 minutes from 03:00-23:00 by coach service to both terminals. There is an additional cost for transfers. Parking packages include 8 or 15 days parking on site at the Hotel. Extra days parking are available at an extra daily charge.

Secured Parking Package: Transfers to the airport operate 24 hours a day. Customers should allow around 20 minutes for driving to the car park and transferring onto the airport.
Parking packages include 8 or 15 days parking at Gatwick Airport’s own Summer Special Car Park (close to the North Terminal). Park overnight at the hotel and reception will provide a voucher to exchange for secured long term parking at the airport. In the morning, take your car and voucher to the car park, which provides transfers to and from the South Terminal (24 hours).

If you are flying from the North Terminal you should take the free 24 hour monorail service from the South Terminal, which runs every 3 minutes and takes around 2 minutes. If you are staying at the hotel only on your return from holiday, you must go to the hotel reception before parking your car to collect your long term parking voucher. Extra days parking are charge at the car park’s own daily gate rate.

Valet Parking Package: Courtesy transfers operate every 40 minutes from 03:00-23:00 by coach service to both terminals. On return from your trip, your car will be delivered to the airport terminal for you. Parking packages include 8 or 15 days parking. On arrival at the hotel please hand in your car keys to reception and provide full details of your return flight. Your car will be stored overnight at the hotel and then moved to a secured compound close by. This package can only be booked on outbound journeys. Parking before your stay is not permitted.

Leisure facilities include swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, solarium (chargeable) and beautician (chargeable). Leisure facilities are open Monday to Friday from 06:30-22:00 (last entry 21:15) and Saturday and Sunday from 07:00-22:00 (last entry 21:15). Please note that facilities may be limited over Christmas and New Year. Family rooms are available for 2 adults and up to 2 children. Disabled rooms are available on request.

Each room has an En-suite bathroom, colour TV with satellite, telephone, radio, hairdryer, trouser press and tea/coffee making facilities.
