Arrival Procedure:

At least 20 minutes before you arrive at the Birmingham Airport car park, give Stress Free a call on 07768 026 590 and confirm your booking. This gives them sufficient notice to have a valet waiting for you after you've driven into the drop-off parking. The valet will verify your booking, help you with your luggage, and then drive your car to their secure lot, where it will stay until you get back.

Please note that when your car is driven to the secure car park, the average mileage expected is 2 miles, and a maximum of 8 miles at busy periods when your car needs to be driven to the off site car park.

Return Procedure:

A very similar procedure to the arrival procedure, the return procedure simply takes place after your trip. Give Stress Free a call to notify them that you have landed and your car will be returned to you.

Security:

The Birmingham airport car park that Stress Free uses is safe, with floodlighting, frequent patrols, and high perimeter fences protecting your car.

Disabled Facilities

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
