Directions to Airparks: Exit the M42 at Junction 6, and follow signs for A45 towards Birmingham. Go past the airport turning. 1 mile on, with the Holiday Inn Hotel on right, go straight over the traffic lights. 1.3 miles further turn right at overhead set of lights towards Garretts Green. Follow signs for "Off Site Parking (Airport) Site A". At roundabout turn right, go straight on for approx. 0.5 miles, & turn left into Mackadown Lane. Entrance is 200yds on left, just past Motor Nation.
Transfers to/from Birmingham airport: The transfer service operates 24 hrs a day on demand and takes approximately 15 minutes.
Security Measures: The Airparks car park is fully-fenced, floodlit and has security cameras. This carpark holds the AA Gold Standard Security Award.
Airport Parking Procedures: On arrival at the car park report to reception. Your car will be parked for you in the secure compound.
A 3 day minimum parking charge applies.

Airparks Birmingham - Would be lovely if we could travel without going over speed bumps! Drivers smoking cigarettes outside the bus when the bus is full and ready to go (at 4 in the morning when I was really tired) was a bit annoying! Friendly service from desk staff and would use again.

Airparks Birmingham - I was under the impression that there would be some one there to greet me when I arrived, there wasn't and I didn't know where to park. I loaded my cases on the bus whilst my partner was in the office giving our details and keys and the bus I was sat on drove off leaving my parner in the office. I stopped the driver in time but it left me a bit stressed and panicked at the time. I would probably use the service again now that I now where to go and what to do but there is no clear guidance for new customers.
