Silver Zone is for pre-booked customers only. Free non-stop transfers operate to the terminal building, taking just a few minutes.

Directions: Follow signs for Bristol Airport; on the approach to the airport follow signs to the Park and Fly Car Park. (see map below)

Arrival Procedure: Upon arrival at the car park insert the credit or debit card used at the time of booking in the ticket column at the barrier, your booking will be accessed and the barrier will open. If you don't have the card, press for a ticket. Please park your car and report to reception producing your voucher or booking reference number. You may be asked to hand your keys in, depending on whether you are parking in high or low season.

Transfer from airport: Transfer minibuses run 24 hours a day from outside the terminal building. The transfers run every 15 minutes and usually take about 5 minutes.

Departure Procedure: Upon departure, please go to reception to check out. Then proceed to the exit barrier and insert the credit or debit card used at the time of booking into the ticket column. Your booking will be completed and the barrier will rise to allow you to exit the car park.
