Conveniently located less than 1/2 a mile from Cardiff airport, Airparks Cardiff holds the AA/Police Award for security and provides a frequent transfer service to the airport.

Directions

  • Exit the M4 at Junction 33. Follow A4232 signposted Barry/Airport.
  • Take the 1st exit off A4232 Signposted Barry/Cardiff Airport A4050/A48 Cardiff Centre.
  • At A48 junction roundabout take 3rd exit signposted A4050 Barry/Airport.
  • Next 6 roundabouts follow A4050 Barry/Airport.
  • At the 7th roundabout take 2nd exit Barry/Airport A4050.
  • Take 2nd exit at the 8th roundabout.
  • At the 9th roundabout adjacent to the Petrol station take 2nd exit. When you reach the 10th roundabout take 1st exit signposted Cardiff Airport.
  • The entrance to Airparks & Cardiff Days Inn is approximately 200m on the right hand side.

Distance to airport: 0.75 mile.

Transfers from airport: AFTER collecting luggage and clearing customs, call Airparks using courtesy phone on red pillar in arrivals hall.

Actual timings of transfers: every 30 minutes, 24/7. Transfers take approximately 15 minutes. Allow 45 minutes for check in and transfer to the terminal.

Car Park Security Measures:

Fenced and floodlit site, with 24 hour patrols. ISO 9002 standard of quality assurance.

On arrival: On arrival at Airparks Cardiff, park in one of the marked bays and report to Airparks reception. You will now be able to experience the fast track check-in service, eliminating the queues at reception by using our new computer check in point. Alternatively, please present your printed email confirmation or quote your booking reference, then hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you while you transfer to the airport.

On return: Follow the pedestrian walkway and zebra crossings across the drop-off lanes in front of the airport. Make your way down the steps to the Airparks bus stop and shelter.
Once back at the car park, head to the check-out building to the left of the bus shelter. Scan the barcode on your key collection ticket at one of the machines. It will tell you where your car is parked, and your car keys will be returned. Then collect your car and head home.
Should you return from your holiday earlier than planned, please notify the car park so they can get your car ready for you.
