Arrival Procedure:

Please call our team of chauffeurs on 07721 738549 when you are 30 minutes away from the airport. Your chauffeur will then be dispatched to meet you at outside the departures. It is important if you are running late or early that you call to give as much notice as possible. On arriving at the airport, please pull into the Airparks bays in Car Park C of short stay where a chauffeur will be waiting for you. Collect a ticket from the barrier and hand it to the chauffeur who will be waiting for you.

When you get to the airport, drive your car toward the drop-off point, and stick to the right-hand lane until you reach the barrier gates. Take a ticket and find your valet. It's that easy. Please don't forget to give him or her your barrier ticket.

Once your driver has verified your booking and helped you to offload your luggage, they will proceed to park your car at the Stress Free East Midlands airport car parking compound.

Please note that when your car is driven to the secure car park, the average mileage you can expect is 3 miles, or a maximum of 4 miles.

Return Procedure:

When you arrive home, just call Stress Free and let them know that you've landed, once again confirming your booking. They'll send a driver over with your car immediately. You'll be able to leave for home as soon as you've collected your luggage.

Stress Free's parking lot is manned 24 hours a day, patrolled regularly, and has perimeter fencing for added peace of mind.

Disabled Facilities

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
