Directions:
FROM THE M1 SOUTH: Leave M1 at Jct 23a following signs for Airport. *Go past main entrance to airport (traffic lights) & proceed straight on. Go straight over next roundabout & turn right at next set of lights. After 200 metres turn left into Donington Park, Airparks is 300m on left.
FROM THE M1 NORTH: Leave M1 at Jct 24,following signs for Airport. Then as above *.
Actual timings of transfers: 24 hour service operates every 20 minutes. Transfers take approximately15 min's depending on traffic conditions.
Transfers from the airport: AFTER collecting luggage and AFTER clearing customs, call Airparks using the freephone number given on arrival.
Security Measures: Fenced and floodlit site, with 24 hour patrols. ParkMark award for security.
Other services provided: Assistance with luggage, car starting.
Transfer Frequency: 24 hour service operates regularly at peak times otherwise on request.
Arrival Procedure: Park at reception check-in/car is parked for you. Transfer to airport is then provided. Allow 30 min's for procedure.
Departure Procedure: On return, go to Reception and hand in card given on arrival. Car will be waiting in departure area.
Number of spaces: 1400 spaces
Opening Periods: Open all year.
Minimum Stay: 1 day, minimum charge 4 days
Important Information: At car park check-in, please be ready to give Car Reg, Make, Model, Colour and RETURN flight number & UK landing time. Traffic delays can be experienced when major events are held at Donnington Park. Allow 40 minutes for your transfer.

Airparks East Midlands - Although ease of parking was fantastic, I was extremely disappointed to find my car FILTHY on our return - all other cars seemed relatively clean whereas mine was covered in sand water and dust - disappointing as when it was left at the airport it was only two days old, and I have subsequently had to pay for it to be cleaned!

Airparks East Midlands - On return being disabled it would be helpful if the car was parkedconveniently from the drop off point and not rubbing shoulders with the adjacent car as I could only just get into my car in great pain. We do display disabled stickers to assist you

Airparks East Midlands - Cannot fault the service, but the lady who took our keys and the lady who gave our keys back(the same lady)at 00.45am 20.10.07, was not too hot !Firstly she said my car was parked in D row when infact it was in A row and secondly I had just had a long delayed flight form Malagaand I managed a very early morning smile and hello - she didnt't!

Airparks East Midlands - Can't fault it - all staff were more than helpful, it was a short route to the airport itself and collecting the car was easy even considering the volume of people waiting. It made travelling by car to the airport a pleasure.

Airparks East Midlands - My only coment is that i was told that the buses ran every 20 minutes to and from the airport. On my return journey i waited for 20 minutes for the bus which didn't arrive, however, a call to the office prompted a bus to arrive within 5 minutes.
