For travellers wanting the ultimate convenience 24hrs a day. You are met at the terminal by a chauffeur, who parks your car for you at the official secure on-airport car park. This service is operated by NCP Flightpath.

The car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking.

Arrival Procedures Drive to the Valet Parking drop off point at the far end of the set down lane on the arrivals forecourt. The Valet staff will complete acceptance forms and park your vehicle for you.

Departure Procedures Follow signs to the Short Stay Car Park and then signs to Fast Track. Your keys should be collected from the Short Stay Customer Service building on the corner of the Fast Track Car Park. Contact telephone number: 01279 680095 please call on arrival.

Directions From the M11 follow signs for the airport terminal. At the terminal forecourt, enter the set down lane. The Valet Parking drop off point is located on this lane at the far end of the terminal building.

Insurance The valet operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.

Other Useful Information They do not accept Vans, Minibuses, Buses, Lorries, Motorcyles or any vehicle longer than 5 metres. Also do not accept any vehicle that cannot be driven on a standard car driving license. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged the extra on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays.

Parking-Express Premier Meet and Greet - On our way back we were told not to ring the desk until we had collected our luggage. We did so and end up waiting in the freezing cold for the driver to bring our car. We wished we had rang before collecting our luggage so the car would have been ready for us

Parking-Express Premier Meet and Greet - No signage to show where to park on arrival. Agents should wear clothing that is recognisable as everyone looks the same. Collection instructions were described over the phone and worked, but a print out on the ticket would be more reassuring. Agents were very polite and helpful.
