Arrival and Departure Procedures:

Make your way to your departure terminal at Heathrow. Remember, Clark Kent services all Heathrow terminals, so confirm which terminal you should be met at by calling 078 5305 1331 or 075 9408 7373 before you arrive. Once there, a uniformed Clark Kent chauffeur will collect your car and give it a quick inspection before driving it to their secure compound close to the airport.

When you return, collect your luggage and call the number again to notify the car park. They will send a driver to meet you outside the relevant terminal with your car.

Please note: When your car is driven to the secure car park, the average mileage you can expect is 15 miles, and a maximum of 20 miles.

Disabled FacilitiesThe service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
