Travelling from Nottingham, drive along the A52 and connect to the M1 at Junction 25. Continue travelling south and turn off at Junction 24. You will begin to see signs for East Midlands Airport. When you arrive at the airport make a left at the first set of traffic lights. Shuttle Economy 1 will be signposted.
If you are travelling from Leicester, travel northwards on the A6 and join the M1 at Junction 24. Either take the M1 north and turn off at Junction 23A or follow the signs to East Midlands Airport. When you arrive at the airport make a left at the first set of traffic lights. East Midlands Shuttle Economy 1 will be signposted.

On arrival at East Midlands Shuttle Economy 1:
When you reach Shuttle Economy 1 at East Midlands Airport, take a ticket at the entry barrier then go to reception, where a staff member will take your key and park your car.

Transfers:
Courtesy transfer buses leave at 15-minute intervals and take around 5 to 10 minutes.

On return to the UK:
When you return, you have the option of paying at reception where you surrendered your key, at the one of the pay stations found at Baggage Reclaim, or by card at the exit barrier after inserting your entry ticket. You need your entry ticket for the exit barrier to open.
