Travelling from Nottingham: drive along the A52 and connect to the M1 at Junction 25. Continue travelling south and turn off at Junction 24. You will begin to see signs for East Midlands Airport. When you arrive at the airport, take a left at the first set of traffic lights. Shuttle Economy 2 will be signposted.
If you are travelling from Leicester, travel northwards on the A6 and join the M1 at Junction 24. Either take the M1 north and turn off at Junction 23A or follow the signs to East Midlands Airport. When you arrive at the airport, take a left at the first set of traffic lights. East Midlands Shuttle Economy 2 will be signposted.

On arrival at East Midlands Shuttle Economy 2:
Drive up to the machine at the entrance barrier for your chosen car park and a ticket will be automatically issued. Keep this ticket safe, as you will need it upon your return. If a ticket is not automatically dispensed, press the 'Assistance' button and confirm your booking details. A ticket will then be issued by the operator. Keep this ticket safe, as it will be needed on your return.

Transfers:
Courtesy transfer shuttles leave at 15-minute intervals and take around 5 to 10 minutes.

On return to the UK:
A regular transfer bus serves the Shuttle Car Parks with buses departing from the Bus Interchange. On collecting your luggage, please proceed to the Arrivals area and follow the walkway between the Airport Information Desk and SPAR shop to the Bus Interchange.
