How To Get To Air Parking Ltd Meet and Greet:

North Terminal

  • Stay on the lower level
  • Follow the signs labelled passenger pick up and drop off
  • Park at the far end of the drop off lane where you will be met by an Air Parking Ltd chauffeur

South Terminal

  • Upon entering the terminal, stay in the lane for the lower level
  • Follow the signs for the passenger drop off area
  • Go through the tunnel and after two sets of traffic lights, park on your right or left hand lay-by where you will be met by an Air Parking Ltd chauffeur

What To Do Upon Arrival:
It is important you phone Air Parking Ltd 20 minutes before your scheduled arrival to confirm a meeting time. Once you get to Gatwick Airport, an Air Parking Ltd representative should be waiting for you at the terminal of your departure.

Return Procedures:
