Directions to Airparks Gatwick Meet and Greet:
Note - The following directions assume you are travelling towards Gatwick on the M23 motorway. If you need help with directions to the M23, please visit our Gatwick Airport Directions page.
Exit the M23 at Junction 9 for Gatwick Airport. Follow signs to the North or South Terminal, and then follow signs for Departures. Staff will inform you of the meeting point when you make your Airparks Meet and Greet booking.

On arrival at Airparks Gatwick Meet and Greet:
Follow the directions to the meeting point where your driver will be waiting for you. The driver will wait up to 15 minutes after the designated time, so if you are late you should contact Airparks to inform them, and the driver will wait for longer. The Airparks driver will take your car to a car park which is monitored by CCTV cameras as well as 24-hour security presence.

Transfers:
Transfers are not required as an Airparks driver will meet you at the terminal. Your car will be parked in a secure compound five miles from the airport.

Disabled Facilities:
The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

On return to the UK:
You will receive instructions regards the return process from your Airparks driver on your outbound departure. If you lose them, call freephone 0800 281 701 for new instructions on where to meet the driver.
