Transfers:
Transfers are provided by APH every 15 minutes 24 hours a day, while the commute takes just 12 minutes. Please remember to work this additional time into your schedule when you plan your journey to the airport.
As this is a one-way meet and greet service, no transfers will be required back to the car park. Instead, a uniformed chauffeur will meet you outside the terminal with your vehicle.

Arrival and Departure Procedures:

  • Drive directly to the APH car park and report to Reception, where you will receive full return instructions
  • Catch a quick transfer shuttle across to the terminal and enjoy a speedy check-in
  • On your return, a fully licensed chauffeur will be waiting for you with your vehicle at the arrivals building
  • From here, you can enjoy a hassle-free journey home without reporting back to the car park

Security:
Rest assured that your car is well-protected with this Park Mark Award winning car park. The security features that have received a thumbs up from the police include its barrier-controlled entry and exit, 24 hour staff patrols, security lighting, CCTV surveillance, and full perimeter fencing.

Important Information:

  • APH coaches are able to transport folded wheelchairs
  • However, transfer couches are unable to transport bikes, surf/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size (golf clubs are permitted)
  • APH staff are at hand to assist with loading and unloading luggage
  • Trailers are not accepted at the APH car park
  • Vans are only accepted if they fit into a normal parking space and are less than 2.4 metres high
  • APH meet and greet on return services BOTH the North and South Terminals
  • Please note that the car park must retain your keys in order to drop your vehicle off outside the arrivals terminal upon your return

Disabled Facilities The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

Directions (From the M25): Exit the M25 at Junction 7 (signposted Gatwick) and join the M23 southbound. Exit the M23 at Junction 10 (DO NOT take the Junction 9 exit to Gatwick). When you reach the slip road at Junction 10, turn immediately left onto the A264 heading towards East Grinstead. Follow this road until you get to the roundabout, then take the 2nd exit staying on the A264. Keep driving until you reach the 2nd roundabout and take the 2nd exit, ensuring that the Dukes Head Restaurant is on your right. Carry on driving for about 3/4 of a mile until you see the large Shell Petrol Station on your right. Turn into the petrol station forecourt, where you will find the entrance to APH clearly signposted.
