Directions to Diamond Meet and Greet:
Note - The following directions assume you are travelling towards Gatwick on the M23 motorway. If you need help with directions to the M23, please visit our Gatwick Airport Directions page.
Exit the M23 at Junction 9 for Gatwick Airport. Follow signs to the North or South Terminal, then for Departures. Staff will inform you of the exact meeting point when you make your Diamond Meet and Greet booking.

On arrival at Diamond Meet and Greet:
Twenty minutes before you are due to arrive, call the company to inform them you are running on time and a chauffeur will be waiting for you outside the terminal building. When you arrive the driver will help unload your luggage and take your car to a secure car park.

Transfers:
No transfers are needed as this is a meet and greet service directly at the airport.

On return to the UK:
You should call Diamond Meet and Greet after landing to inform them you are on time. Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs you should call the chauffeur again and make your way to the designated meeting spot where the driver will have your car waiting for you.

Disabled Facilities:
The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
