This is a meet and greet service so you will be met right at the terminal of your choice.
Directions to Drive Fly Meet and Greet:
Note - The following directions assume you are travelling towards Heathrow on the M25 or M4 motorways. If you need help with directions to these motorways, please visit our Heathrow Airport Directions page.
All terminals (1 to 5) can be driven to from the M25 and the M4 motorways.
For terminals 1, 2 and 3: leave the M25 at Junction 15 or the M4 at Junction 4.
For terminals 4 or 5, leave the M25 at Junction 14b or the M4 at Junction 4. Directions to all terminals are clearly sign-posted from these motorways.
On arrival at Drive Fly Meet and Greet:
On arrival you'll meet a Drive Fly Meet & Greet driver who will take your car and have it back at the airport when you arrive on your return flight. Proceed to your designated terminal. About 30 minutes prior to arrival at the terminal, you will be called by Drive Fly Meet and Greet staff, who will confirm your arrival and arrange a place for you to meet the driver. Most usually, this will be the drop off lane, next to the taxi lane, for terminals 1 to 4.
Transfers:
Not applicable as this is a meet and greet service directly at the airport.
On return to the UK:
You must call the company after collecting your baggage and exiting passport control. The company will have your car waiting for you right at the terminal at a pre-arranged location.
Please note: When your car is driven to the secure car park, the average mileage you can expect is 9 miles, and a maximum of 16 miles.
Security details
The car park where your car will be stored has security fencing with barbed wire, CCTV and barrier controls. The site also has security lighting, with 24-hour security.
By choosing a Park Mark Safer Parking facility you are visiting a car park that has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place in order to create a safer environment for both you and your vehicle.
Disabled Facilities
The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
