Directions to Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet:
Note - The following directions assume you are travelling towards Heathrow on the M25 or M4 motorways. If you need help with directions to these motorways, please visit our Heathrow Airport Directions page.
All terminals can be accessed from the M25 and M4 motorways. For terminals 1, 2 and 3: leave the M25 at Junction 15 or the M4 at Junction 4. For terminals 4 or 5, take the M25 Junction 14b or take the M4 Junction 4. Directions to all Heathrow terminals are well-signposted from these areas.

On arrival at Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet:
Staff will meet you at the Departures terminal at a pre-specified time. If you are worried that you may arrive later than this, you should inform the company by phone as soon as possible. There will not be any extra charge for arriving either before or after the pre-booked time, but you must call if you want a driver to meet you as required.

Transfers:
Not applicable as you will be met outside the terminal of your choice.

Disabled Facilities
The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

On return to the UK:
Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet monitors all incoming flights for exact landing times, so should your flight arrive late or early or is cancelled, they will already be aware and can respond accordingly. After you clear customs, your car will be waiting at the pre-arranged spot close to the terminal building.
