Directions to Long Stay Terminals 1-3:
Note - The following directions assume you are travelling towards Heathrow on the M4 motorway. If you need help with directions to the M4, please visit our
Heathrow Airport Directions page. Exit the M4 at Junction 4, then follow the signs for the Long Term Parking, which will take you to Northern Perimeter Road. Continue and turn right at the roundabout, get in the left hand lane and turn left at the traffic lights onto Northern Perimeter Road. Continue and join Eastern Perimeter Road; long-term parking is on the left.

On arrival at Long Stay Terminals 1-3:
This car park works on an Automatic Number Plate Recognition system. On entry, take a ticket and follow the signs to the allocated zone. Passengers should make a note of the zone and the nearest bus stop so they can find their vehicle on return. Your booking reference will be printed on your ticket.

Transfers:
The transfer buses run from 4am, every 10 to 12 minutes, until 30 minutes after the last flight arrives (the car park will track the flight in case it is delayed). After the last flight arrives the buses run on demand and you will need to call 020 8745 6272 to ask to be picked up.

Important Information

Please be aware that you need to give us your vehicle registration number either when you make a booking, or before you plan on leaving. Please ensure you give us the right details and if changes are made to the car you plan on travelling in, these changes needed to be supplied to us.If you do not do this, you will be charged an extra fee of £10 when you leave, as the car parks will not have the right registration number which will delay things when you arrive and leave.

On return to the UK:
Passengers exiting Terminal 1 or 2 should make their way to the Long Stay Courtesy Coach Pick Up point and catch the Parking Express bus. Terminal 3 passengers should locate bus stop number 17. The bus will transport you back to the car park, where you will find your vehicle.
When you are ready to exit the car park, simply insert your ticket into the machine at the barrier; your number plate will be read and the barrier will lift automatically. If your ticket has 'cashier' printed on it, you should report to the Customer Services Office situated close to the exit.
