Directions to Long Stay Plus Terminal 5:
Note - The following directions assume you are travelling towards Heathrow on the M4 motorway. If you need help with directions to the M4, please visit our Heathrow Airport Directions page.
Exit the M4 at Junction 4 and head for Heathrow Airport. Follow overhead signs for Business and Long Stay, keeping to the left. When you reach Heathrow's Welcome Island, stay in the second lane from the left, marked 'other areas'. Turn left onto East Ramp slip road and follow signs for Business T5. Pass the police station and at Nene roundabout take the third exit signed Business (T5). At the traffic lights, turn right onto Northern Perimeter Road and follow the dual carriageway through a traffic light junction and pass the fire station. The Long Stay Plus Terminal 5 Car Park is a further 800m along this road, on your left.

On arrival at Long Stay Plus Terminal 5:
When you enter the car park, keep to the right and follow the orange road markings to the Long Stay Plus Reception building. Park outside and report to the receptionist with your booking details.

Transfers:
A courtesy coach operates 24 hours, all year round. The service runs every 10 minutes and the journey takes around 10 minutes. Passengers should use the intercom points at bus stops during off peak times (23:30 to 05:30), to request pick-up.

On return to the UK:
When you arrive back at the airport, you can board a transfer bus outside the terminal on the ground floor at bus stop 22. Between 23:30 and 05:30 passengers should use the courtesy phone to request pick-up. On arrival in the car park, get off the bus at bus stop A and report to Long Stay Plus Reception. Your car will be waiting for you in a nearby collection bay.
