Directions to Quality Airport Parking:
Note - The following directions assume you are travelling towards Heathrow on the M4 motorway. If you need help with directions to the M4, please visit our Heathrow Airport Directions page.
Leave the M4 at Junction3 and take the A312 to Hounslow/Feltham. Once you reach the Jolly Waggoners roundabout, take the first right onto the A4 to Heathrow. Quality Airport Parking is situated on the A4, on the left, beside the Premier Travel Inn Hotel.

On arrival at Quality Airport Parking:
On arrival at the car park, enter the scanner area. The parking assistant will usher you to the arrivals area, where you can unload your belongings. When you are ready, make your way to the reception area to exchange your keys for a vehicle return ticket. The mileage of your vehicle will be checked before it is moved to the main parking compound. Passengers are shuttled to the terminal by a courtesy bus service.

Transfers:
Passengers are shuttled between the terminal and car park by a courtesy bus service, which takes around 10 minutes. This service is available on a 24-hour basis.

On return to the UK:
Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the number on your parking booking confirmation slip. You will be advised of the bus stop number where you will be picked up and transported back to the car park. Your car will be waiting for you in the returns area.
