Transfers:

The great thing about booking meet and greet parking is that you don't have to waste time waiting for a transfer bus. Instead, have your car collected outside the terminal and head straight to check-in. Transfers are therefore not required with this service.

Arrival Procedures:

  • Remember to call Stress Free on 07901 332993 when you are approximately 20-30 minutes away from the airport
  • Your driver will then be dispatched to meet you at outside the departures terminal - he or she will be carrying photo card identification and your booking details
  • Please make sure that you give them as much notice as possible if you are running early or late
  • The chauffeur will check your car for any existing damages, before re-confirming your return details with you
  • You will then sign the process form and receive a slip confirming that your car has been collected
  • Enjoy a smooth check-in while the chauffeur takes care of the rest!

Return Procedures:

  • If you have luggage to collect, be sure to call or text Stress Free Parking on the number provided once you've cleared customs
  • If you are only travelling with hand luggage, you can call them after passing through passport control and your car will be waiting for you!
  • Head home at your own leisure without any further parking hassles

Please note that your vehicle will be taken to the fully secure car park by a member of Stress Free Parking. You can expect an average mileage of 8 miles, and a maximum of 12 miles.

Directions:

Heathrow is situated 15 miles west of central London and is therefore easily accessible from both the M4 and M25 motorways.

For Terminals 1 and 3:

Terminals 1 and 3 are close together at the centre of the airport site. Exit the M4 at junction 4 or the M25 at junction 15 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminals 1 and 3.

For Terminal 4:

Terminal 4 is in the southern part of the airport site and has a separate entrance. Exit the M25 at junction 14 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 4. If you're coming from the M4, leave at junction 4b and follow the M25 south to junction 14.

For Terminal 5:

Terminal 5 is on the Western Perimeter Road and has its own separate access road, reached from junction 14 of the M25. If you're coming from the M4, exit at junction 4b and follow the M25 south to junction 14.

Important information:

  • Stress Free Parking is ideal for disabled passengers, however, adapted vehicles can't be accepted for safety reasons
  • A chauffeur number will be sent to you as part of a confirmation e-mail once your booking has been made
  • The car park advises that you check whether large items will be accepted by your airline
  • It is your responsibility as the vehicle owner to ensure that your car is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and displays a valid road tax licence
