Have your car picked up at the Short Term car park when you leave. A chauffeur then takes your car to a fully secured car park and will bring it back to you when you return.

No transfers required!

The parking compound has access control and is manned by security staff 24 hours a day.

Arrival Procedures:

Drivefly will call you 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off time.

It is important that you call Drivefly if you are running late or early. This is so that assistance can be allocated accordingly.

Head towards the short term car park and go through the ticket barrier and soon after the barrier, you will find the designated off airport meet and greet area which is right next to the pay point station.

You will be greeted by one of the chauffeurs at the prearranged meeting point, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with the Drivefly company logo on it.

Parking Procedures:

Drivefly chauffeurs will park your car for you at a secure compound.

Return Procedures:

Please call Drivefly once you have collected all your luggages in the baggage hall. In case of any delays please let us know.

A chauffer will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick up point at the airport.

Please note that Luton airport charges a fee of £1 for the first 15 minutes which you will need to pay. If you spend longer than 15 minutes leaving the terminal you will need to pay £4.50.

Security:

All of Drivefly's drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle and the secure compound is also insured. Your car is driven to a nearby secure compound with laser beam security systems, CCTV and is manned by 24 hour security. Your car will remain here safely until you return.

Directions:

If coming via the M1 motorway come off slip road, which goes into M1 junction 10A to a large roundabout, take the second exit sign posted Airport. The airport is well sign posted from this point.

Please go into the airport, at the first roundabout head straight across and go under the tunnel which welcomes you to London Luton Airport.

Disabled Facilities:

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
