Mercedes Benz Priority Service is an exclusive new meet and greet parking service available at all five terminals at Heathrow Airport.

This service, only available to Mercedes drivers, provides a valet cleaning service as well as the unique option of being able to have your Mercedes serviced in your absence.

Only Mercedes mechanics and parts will be used on your car ensuring you return to a professionally serviced and valeted car.

As this is a meet and greet service you will also have then luxury of being able to drive right to the terminal building and find your car waiting for you outside the arrivals hall on your return.

On arrival at the terminal you will be met by one of our fully insured chauffeuers who will drive your car to our secure compound while you are free to continue your journey.

Regardless as to whether you're a business traveller or going on holiday, if you drive a Mercedes this is the Heathrow Airport parking service for you.

Security:
The site is manned 24 hours a day is fenced and has CCTV coverage.

Transfers:
Not Required - this is a meet and greet service.

Arrival Procedures:
Please see directions for drop off location. You will need to call the car park 30 minutes before arrival.

Parking Procedures:
Cars will be parked in Mercedes Benz Priority Service secure compound.

Return Procedures:
Once you have collected your luggage please call the car park to arrange your transfer.

Directions :
From M25/M4 junction follow signs to Heathrow Airport.

Terminal 1:
From tunnel follow signs to T1 departures, go left up the ramp towards Short Stay Parking set down point. A chauffeur will be beyond the 2nd pedestrian crossing - near lifts on right.

Terminal 2:
From tunnel follow signs to T2 short stay. You will be met at beginning of set down lane.

Terminal 3:
From tunnel follow signs for T3. Keep right and go through the lights. Follow signs for 'Premier Kerb Side Check-in'. You will be met at the beginning of the furthest lane from the T3 building to your right.

Terminal 4:
From tunnel follow signs for T4. The meeting point is on the top level at the drop off/pick up area.

Terminal 5:
Follow the signs to T5. Your chauffer will meet you in Terminal 5 Carpark; Follow signs to Fast Track entry lane. Drive to zones L to Q on level 4 and park in the designated area.

Important Information :
Open: 05 am to 11:59 pm
No mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers are permitted.
Parking is at owners own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of the car park, available at car park reception.
A charge of £10.00 will be applied for arrivals between 04:00 (the earliest arrival at the car park) and 05:00. The £10.00 charge is payable to the car park on arrival.
