Distance to Stansted Airport:
Kings Meet and Greet operates from the short stay car park directly outside the terminal building. However, your car will be securely stored away from the airport.

Dropping off your vehicle:

  • Please call Kings Meet and Greet on 0845 2 99 88 77 as you approach the airport to let them know that you are on time - select option 1.
  • You will receive instructions about how to get to the drop-off point.
  • For your safety all drivers carry insurance and photo identification details which can be inspected on request.
  • After meeting your driver, he or she will offer to help you unload your baggage. Your car condition and return travel details will then be checked.
  • Complete the quick paperwork and walk straight across to the terminal to start your journey!

Collecting your vehicle:

  • On your return to Stansted you'll receive a 'Welcome Home' text message as soon as you switch your phone on.
  • After clearing customs and collecting your baggage please call Kings Meet and Greet on 0845 2 99 88 77 to arrange the return of your vehicle.
  • Please then go directly to the return point as your prepaid parking ticket only lasts 15 minutes. Bear in mind that you will be liable for any parking charges incurred after this time limit.
  • Your Meet and Greet driver may request proof of booking and/ or ID to ensure that the vehicle is returned to its rightful owner.

Please note: The Kings Meet and Greet staff will monitor your return flight and any flight delays, to ensure that you don't wait long for the delivery of your vehicle.

Transfers:
Transfers do not apply given that this is a meet and greet parking operator.

Security:
For your peace of mind, all drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. You can also rest assured that your car is in safe hands as it will be parked in a fully secure compound while you travel. This facility is manned 24 hours a day and is under infrared CCTV surveillance.

Important information:

  • Kings Meet and Greet service does not operate for arrivals and departures between 00:00 and 04:00.
  • The company requires 48 hour notice in the event of cancellations.
  • No commercial vehicles, motor homes, lorries, vans or trailers are permitted in this car park.
