All staff were very polite, helpful and the entire service was very efficient. Upon arrival we were taken immediately to the airport and on our return we only had to wait about 10 minutes to be collected. Our car was ready for us as soon as we got back to ACP parking area. It's worth knowing that they change their prices over time. It looks like the closer you are too the flight time, the more they charge. I didn't book on Mon when I got the quote, by Thurs it had gone up by almost 30 pounds. - 2006-03-23 |

This facility should come with a Health and Safety warning for customers using Terminal 3. It should be made clear at the time of booking that ACP will only pick up from Terminal 2 on your return. I have a heart condition and the trek from Terminal 3, with our luggage, came close to bringing on a heart attack.
In addition, the ACP driver on the return journey was most unhelpful and obviously did not want to help with putting our bags in the back of the minibus.

Good price and good service let down by the long airport transfer. This was made much worse by having to wait 25 minutes for the bus on our return which was unacceptable with 3 tired and hungry children. - 2006-02-13 |
