On our return we had to wait ages for the pick up bus. When we phoned to chase it up we were give the usual 'it's on it's way' which was patently untrue.
When we finally got back to the car our car had not been brought round from the long term car park so we had to endure another long wait while it was retrieved. - 2007-04-18 |

This used to be FlyDrive, a pick up service, which was excellent. AS soon as it was acquired by Q Cars they left my car's lights on, the battery went flat and they had to jump start it to meet me at the Terminal. They denied all knowledge of this. I can forgive mistakes. But not lying. The fact that my clock and radio had to be reset was clearcut evidence. When I faxed their managing director I got was of those stonewalling "sorry you were disappointed in our service" type of letters, obviously written by a secretary. - Martin Alka 2006-08-12 |

Have used this company before, and have noticed massive improvement in quality of service. Newer, cleaner buses and new site on A4 is better organised. Driver even managed to cheer us up after long flight. Keep it up! - Robin Jenkinson 2006-03-24 |

No problem on departure plenty of buses available. On return, total pandemonium. Long trek to T2 from T3 after 24hrs + from NZ, volatile queues on stops 8 & 9, very few buses anywhere. This company, parties and breweries would never mix! - Patrick 2006-03-04 |

We had to wait for 40 minutes to get a transfer back to the airport. They had a number of buses (Parked up for the night) in the car park when we returned.
We did not get an apology for leaving us in the cold.
At the Bus stop Purple Parking turned up 4 times and others 2 or 3.
