i used ringway last year, very good service and helpful staff, directions to ringway carrington were spot on, apparently it has been refurbished as it was closed over winter so i am looking forward to seeing the new Ringway. looking forward to my holidays in august and i will be booking very soon, thanks again Ms Jones. - Jones 2007-02-21 |

I was very pleased with Ringway. The staff was helpful and they had me on my way within minites of me being ready.As for the driver, she loaded my bags up even tho they were nearly as tall as her. Had no problems at all very pleased all round. thank you RINGWAY STAFF will be seeing you again :) p.s take no notice of the grumpy customers they must lead very sad lifes ;) keep it up - nikki 2006-10-09 |

I have used Ringway many times, i have had no problems at all, we had to wait of course for a bus which was only ten -15 mins then it took 20 mins to get to the airport which i and my wife knew about so allowed for an early journey from home, so always set out in plenty of time, its a coach thats taking you to the airport not a formular one racing car so allow yourselves in plenty of time, also not forgetting the staff are friendly and helpfull if you find yourselves getting lost on route to ringway airpark make sure you have a map with you as you do get people who get lost trying to find the place, when we were booking in a couple had got lost and were running late for there flight. so be prepared for the journey and dont forget to enjoy your hols. - Mr E. yeno 2006-10-04 |

I was amazed to both read and hear of customers complaining of the lack of help with their heavy luggage ! I was so annoyed at the way one customer spoke to the driver of our bus returning, I had to pass comment, which was: Who packed the suitcases and filled them to the brim, Who carried them no doubt down the stairs at home and into the car, Who unloaded the car upon arrival at the car park and consequently to and fro the hotel at the other end ? Why then expect someone else to get a hernia carrying YOUR cases. The conversation finished here.
As it seems so easy to whine and moan these days about bad service and forget to praise good, I would like to redress the balance. Ringway services and staff are a credit to their employers and customers are always looked after. The young smartly dressed man in the reception on the return of our keys ended our holiday with a smile and a courteous "Have a Safe Journey". Thank You, we did and will be back again for our next trip away.
Customers please note, if your cases are too heavy for you to carry, take some of your rubbish out and leave it at home, don't expect the staff to lug it around for you ! - Ellen Jones 2006-10-02 |

We used this car park only once. Finding the car park was not difficult. We were transferred by a small van, which was equipped with seat belt. The van driver loaded our luggages himself, which was very nice of him. On our return, we waited approximately 30 minutes for the bus to arrive. I felt it was rather long. The bus driver did not offer any help to load the luggages. I am going to make another airport park booking soon. I am a little bit hesitant to use ringway as my first choice. - 2006-09-01 |

I was kept waiting in the bus far too long and was running it cose for my flight. This was despite complaints which were ignored while they waited for the bus to fill. There were long wats on the M6 and this is one to avoid. - David Mills 2006-07-03 |

We have travelled many times and have used ringway for 10 years. However over the past two years, we have been left standing in cold weather for over 90 minutes and given abuse by the staff. My advice, is don't use this company, unless you have to. The sad fact is, this airpark's standards have dropped dramatically! - Steve Rose 2006-06-05 |

I cannot understand people who complain about ringway. We have used them 4 times so far. All that is required is to be able to drop the car off, get taken to the aiport and be collected. Thats the service offered and thats the service you get. They DO NOT advertise there will be no puddles when you arrive (see earlier complaint). They DO NOT offer help unloading YOUR car and loading YOUR cases onto the bus. Some people suggest that the bus driver drives like a maniac and drives too fast, but then the drive was too long. Make up your mind!!!!!!!!!!
Tell you what lets all goto then seaside and tell the tide to turn back.

We found the car park easily following their instructions and we left straight away for the airport. We were given a card with instructions for return procedure. On return, we called them whilst collecting our luggage. A bus arrived within a few minutes of us getting to our pick up point. The driver was very helpful loading our baggage onto the bus, and as we were missing a few people, explained that he would have a quick drive round to Terminal 1, but was very apologetic about it. There were no seatbelts, but the bus was OK. It took about 20 minutes to get back to the car park, but we were loaded into our car and off in a few minutes.
