I was very worried about leaving my beloved car for a long weekend but had no problems with Alpha at all. Left car at the office, gave them the keys and hopped on the bus. Ride was short and sweet. On our way back we called them up and were told the shuttle bus was on its way and 5 mins later, it arrived, drove us back and our car was ready and waiting. I dropped off at 05h30 and collected at 23h00. Had excellent service. Staff pleasant and efficient. 4 minutes to the airport terminal. Clear directions make it easy to find. Would recommend this carpark. - Peter 2006-11-08 |

The only thing going for them is their proximity to the terminal. Otherwise it's totally dire. You have to wait outside for the transfer bus or you can jostle into their portakabin office; their bus is dilapidated; most of their staff is utterly rude - the driver made no attempt to help us with the luggage; and when we got back we virtually had the key thrown at us.
