Airparks Birmingham - Would be lovely if we could travel without going over speed bumps! Drivers smoking cigarettes outside the bus when the bus is full and ready to go (at 4 in the morning when I was really tired) was a bit annoying! Friendly service from desk staff and would use again.

Airparks Birmingham - Two things: 1. During the bus journey to the airport a recorded message said that the driver could not help with bags because of 'health and safety'. I could not recommend your service to my eldery parents because of this. 2. My car had flakes of dried paint on the roof when I got it back (parked near to where somebody was stripping off old paint?) and also a mark where something (fortunately not too heavy) had fallen on the roof. I would obviously prefer that the car was stored away from such risks.
