BCP Gatwick - bus to sth terminal required luggage to be stowed inside- cumbersome and unsatisfactory

BCP Gatwick - Was parked at B16. However was at wrong end of B16 line and didn't realise for 15 mins of searching. Worth considering posting some sort of sign e.g. B16 a) and B16 b)

BCP Gatwick - Overall a very good service, the only minor issue was that despite mentioning to the coach driver that we would only be a minute in checking-in, he left without us meaning a 30 minute wait. Thankfully, one of your meet and greet people agreed to drive us in my car. Other than that it was fine.

BCP Gatwick - I arrived back at Gatwick at 2330, I realise that the vast majority ofyour work is finished by then,but we waited about 20 minutes for a bus,and it was absolutely full of people. May I suggest that it would be better to run a full service untilabout midnight.
