Phoned booking. No problem. Did not receive e-mail confirmation as promised and therefore no receipt for expenses.Everything else went well particularly when leaving and quoting reservation number.

Have just used APH when we flew to Cyprus 2 weeks ago and can only say how impressed we were with the service we received. Having used airparks at other airports never have we had our bags taken on to the bus for us and have a drive wait for us at Birmingham when we were last to reach the bus. The reception staff were extremely courteous even at 6.30 in the morning and the driver friendly and helpful. We will certainly be using them again in the near future. This is the second time we have used Airparks at Birmingham. The site is easy to find if you follow the signs. On both our visits we have been met by a friendly receptionist. Our wait for a transfer to the airport was about 10 minutes on each occasion and the same on the return. Once at the car park your car keys are returned within seconds. Dear Sir,
We had the misfortune to use Airparks at Birmingham airport last week. The flight from Lyon BA1933 was on time and the baggage collection and customs clearance was swift and efficient. Unfortunately it was then that we had to wait for the courtesy bus to take us to the car, at Mackadown Lane, for our journey home.
When we arrived at the bus stop in the airport the queue was considerable. After 30 minutes a bus did arrive but could not accommodate the number of passengers at the stop. We were at that point expecting another bus but were kept waiting at further 45 minutes before the arrival of the next bus. It appears that there are just 2 buses on this route which I am sure you will agree is totally inadequate at busy times.
Do you believe that you operate a good service and if so how do you justify this?

We used the facility in December. The Receptionist was good and welcoming. The other staff we met were rather unfriendly and looked thoroughly miserable. The coach departs every 30 minutes - I consider that a long time between departures. Passengers were told to wear seatbelts. The irony of this is that 8 or 9 travellers were standing throughout the journey.
It is not the easiest place to find.
I arranged for them to meet and greet on our return leg to avoid another miserable journey.

We got a very good price with cashback via Quidco for a trip at Christmas. The only problem was finding the place in the fog. After that, eveything went smoothly. They have a good secure system for checking your car in and out. Car parking facilities are good and the tranfers are good but there is one significant problem with this parking facilility.. namely the tranfer frequency. I had a wait of 25 minutes to the airport and was told that if I wanted to go sooner I would be charged £20 extra. Likewise on return, the wait was just as long for a 15mn transfer. You may get lucky with your timing but if not its a pain to be waiting so long! - jon wilton 2006-10-19 |

This was the 4th/5th time we have used the Birmingham Airparks and never had a problem before, but this time from getting from the car park to actually leaving for the airport was over 40 minutes which left us running a bit later than planned and on the return journey we had to sit and wait until the coach was full before we left for thye car park. I think you are a victim of your own success. When you use to have smaller mini buses they use to leave immediately that the passengers got on board, but things were noticably slower this time. - 2006-05-08 |

Since we discovered this service we use it on a regular basis - it really saves time and we've never been kept waiting. The staff who meet you are very friendly and courteous, and if you want your car valeted while you are on holiday they offer that service too. - J B 2006-03-10 |

Although this is cheaper than most, the transfer time of 30mins is inaccurate. As the car park is some way from the airport on the M42 anything can happen.I waited nearly 1 hour for collection. The staff should inform you better when you ring up.

Had to wait car park for 30 mins before bus took us to airport. On return waited for over 45mins from phone call for bus. When it arrived bus was overloaded and could not get all waitinh passengers in. As for help with loading luggage, it simply does not exists - A Evans 2006-02-19 |
