I found that the directions given were spot on.When we arrived at the car park our luggage was promtly transfered to the mini bus and we were at the airport within 10 minutes.On our return,which was after 11pm,the bus was there to collect us less than 5 minutes after we phoned for pick-up.We got to the car park to find our car all defrosted and warmed up just ready for us to drive home.The staff were friendly and efficient.all in all an excellent service worth double what we paid. - Broadhurst 2007-02-20 |

On the whole this provided good basic service. However, they let themselves down when we discovered cigarette ash in side the car when we arrived back. The car also smelled slightly of stale smoke. This is not acceptable practice and we will be taking our bookings elsewhere in future. - Jaques 2006-10-26 |

When we returned to our car, it had been parked with the window open and it was very wet inside. When this was mentioned to the man in the office, he apologised and gave us some toilet paper to mop it up!!! We mopped up as much as we could and then took a bag of soggy paper to throw in his office waste bin. I said I thought it wasn't good enough to find the car interior soaking wet and the man became very abusive, telling me to go away, get out, not to come back or he "would bollock me". A lady was with him (in catering uniform) she joined in the abuse, told me to "get out and not come back", slammed the door and closed the shutters. used this site in june,grumpy manager because they were busy with late flight arrivals/incoming traffic.the way he spoke to staff was ridiculous,they should have told him to stick his jobwhere the sun don't shine.this was not just my thoughts as other people arriving had the same oppinion.you can be busy,but try to be corteous - d.smyth 2006-09-07 |

Booking into one park which was full so told to go to another. Directions were poor. Returned from holiday to find car damaged in the car park.
