We waited 35 minutes and could see busses in other parts of the car park. There was no contact telephone number given on the booking or telephone system in the bus stops.

We used ACE last month on my dad's recommendation. We were very impressed with the service and ease of use. We had previously only used the cheaper off site companies with bus transfer. We originally booked to park at Courtlands but due to 'unforeseen circumstances' (we still don't know what they were) we were re-directed to Park Plus. We will DEFINITELY use this carpark again,. the bus transfers are twice as regular, and my car was in perfect condition when we got back. All staff were friendly and helpful and the whole process was considerably faster and more efficient than Courtlands (whom we had used on 3 previous occasions). We were approx 20 minutes late for our drop off and when I phoned in this did not cause a problem. On our return we had problems with Servis Air returning baggage on time. This took over an hour and a half. Ace phoned me to find out if everything was OK. Eventually when we did get bags and we were ready for our car to be returned we phoned and ten minutes later our car was waiting for us and nice and warm too. It all started off so well. We arrived and left the car outside the office and there was a bus waiting as soon as we had checked in.
The return, however, wasn't quite so efficient. We exited the terminal at around midnight and waited, on a very cold March night, about 25 minutes for a bus to arrive (rather than the stated 10 minutes).
My car was parked about 200 metres away from the office (rather than "in a bay nearby"). There were about half a dozen staff sitting around doing nothing and I think this service could be improved dramatically if they took the trouble to bring customer cars back to the parking area in front of the office, which was empty. - S A Murrell 2007-03-22 |

I broke down on the way to the airport. Arrived on the back of a recovery lorry. I called ahead and the arranged that my car be dropped in the staff car park area (where it could be seen by the 24/7 manned exit). As we were running VERY late, they didn't even ask us to book in. We handed over the keys and jumped on the coach (the car was still on the back on the lorry at this point). They held a coach at the gate for us and thanks to their forethought and actions, we made our flight with 2 mins to spare. On return, we went through the checking in process and they returned our keys. I will NEVER park anywhere else at Gatwick again. Simply superb service. - Mike Scollan 2007-03-20 |

I was unfortunate to be one of the people whose car was damaged whilst at Cophall Farm. The damage is not extensive but a bad scrap to the paint work on a car that is less than 6 months old is bound to be upsetting particularly when i was not the perperator. They have also been very poor in responding to my enquiry about repairs they assured me they were fully insured but 6 weeks later my car remains damaged as they do not reply to messages. - 2007-03-19 |

We arrived at Gatwick on time, followed instructions given by BCP, and waited at the designated area. We waited for approximately 30 minutes before a shuttle came (we were promised shuttles every 15 minutes). That shuttle took people from the end of the line while those of us who had been first were left waiting another 20 minutes. Back at the car park we expressed concerns about our 50 minute wait for a shuttle and got a surly, unconcerned response from the receptionist. Next time, we will use one of the other providers - we saw 3 of their shuttles before we saw one BCP shuttle. - 2007-03-12 |

Was a bit worried about leaving a company with the keys to my sports car whilst off Skiing, but Cophall were true professionals and I was pleased on my return to only have 1/3 of a mile extra on the clock from them parking it.. not like some places where relatives have had upto 60 miles extra on the clock. - James Taylor 2007-03-04 |

If you do not want your car abused then use a different car park. We returned early evening to pick up our car to see several cars full of car park staff racing around the park. We hoped our car had not been treated the same but on opening the boot all my equipment that had been securely strapped in the corner was scattered everywhere. We have used Courtlands at least 8 times in the last 4 years and so far we have had no serious problems. On one occasion there was a minor hitch where on return to Gatwick we were directed to the South terminal pick up point when they were only using the North terminal. I sussed that out by mobile phone and they sent a coach just for us. That was a nice touch. - B North 2007-02-03 |

The service provided was second to none. The driver arrived exactly as we did at the airport and was extremely polite and good humoured even though it was 5 am! On our return the driver arrived within minutes of us coming out of the aitport and the car was lovely and warm heated sets turned on as wel as heter, much appreciated) agai the driver was very polite and good humoured. I chose this service based on the reviews on this site and wasn't disapointed. I booked on line and received a very prompt confirmation. Took my car there, and the reception service was prompt and efficient and I watched the driver get into my car (wearing clean clothes too - nice change from taking it to garages and seeing mechanics in dirty overalls getting in!!) and drive it on to the site. I was handed a confirmation card and then the bus took me to the airport straight away.
On return, I telephoned Copthall and was given clear instructions where to wait - the transfer bus arrived in ten minutes and, upon arrival at Copthall, my car was at the front of reception with the keys ready for me.
I will certainly use this service again - it was extremely good value, very efficient and the staff gave me confidence that my car was in safe hands. Highly recommended! - Sandy Morris 2007-01-26 |
