Found the service to be poor and unreliable,on returning ourselves and other customers where the only people who had to wait to be picked up and in minus conditions this was not very welcoming also when we got to the car the windows where still severely frosted plus the boot was frozen shut.It appeared they had forgotten about our arrival and only started our cars after myself and someone else phoned them from the bus stance.The bus driver who came to pick us up could hardly speak any english so that didnt help much either.I would not use them again. - 2006-12-19 |

On return from our holiday ( after 16 hours travelling) we waited approximately 45 minutes for the bus to pick us up from the airport. There was only ourselfs and another couple waiting for their bus. When checking in we were then requested to pay an additional £3.50 as our departure time was 2 hours after the time we had put on the receipt form. The flight was delayed 2 hours hence the discrepancy with our arrival time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! I left my car and car keys with them while I was away for the weekend and on my return my car had cigarette ash in it. I am a non smoker so I know for a fact it wasn't me. I reported this to the office and was told they would view the cctv and give me a call. One week later and I am still waiting on my call!!! - 2006-07-18 |

Generally difficult to find fault, which is a good sign. Easy to find - clear directions. Knew who I was by name, no forms to fill in (I had pre-booked), brief wait in modern lounge, relatively quick transfer to airport and the reverse on the return. used fligtpath for 1st time last week and the service is realy excellent, from dropping off the car to arriving back where bus was waiting and took us direct to our car then pop into the paydesk get your ticket and you are away, a lot better service than flying scot which i used last time. - mr b 2006-03-21 |
