Purple Meet & Greet I paid extra for the meet and greet mistakenly thinking that I would be greeted as I came out of the terminal. In fact it was nearly 40 minutes before they arrived from the time I called them. Why do I even have to call - they know the flight number and should therefore have the car ready and waiting. When I aske them to record that it took 50 minutes to be picked up, the person driving the car said we phoned 7 minutes later than we actually did, as though somehow 33 minutes would be an acceptable wait time for a "meet and greet". Service "Meet and greet" to my mind means being met and greeted in a friendly fashion, not "Phone, wait ages, and be dismissed".
Also, when we dropped the car off, we were delayed by an accident, so phoned to let them know. The person on the end of the phone was extremely surly, and seemed incapable of writing down our registration number correctly.

CPS Meet & Greet excellent arrived at heathrow rush hour not much time to spare ,agent waiting no hassle.Arrived back 5days, late flight, again car and agent awaitng ,car spotless ,absolutely no problems,used again next week at Birmingham again excellent all round. - g roberts 2007-05-31
Purple Parking Arrived late got transferred no problems, on return folowed instructions on card, bus outside waiting for us, driver very friendly chatted all the way, got to parking found we had a flat tyre driver said he would get someone to help two minutes later man turned up with compressor inflated tyre then checked it for nails etc gave very good advice on what to do refused a tip when offered. this was my first time using Purple Parking would not hesitate to use them again very good service thank you very much - D.C.Burns 2007-05-05
Purple Parking We used Purple Parking for the second time in three months, and again had no problems with their service. Transfers were prompt, staff helpful, and the organisation was efficient. The carpark surface may be rough in places, but security seems to be good. Take care to read directions carefully for finding the carpark. - Botterill 2007-04-27

Purple Meet & Greet used Purple Parking Meet and Greet for the first time (used to use Flyaway but this has now gone). Purple Parking excellent - picked up the car no problems. On return a week later I called when the baggage started arriving on the carosel and the car was coming down the ramp when we came out of the terminal. Q Park and Ride On our return we had to wait ages for the pick up bus. When we phoned to chase it up we were give the usual 'it's on it's way' which was patently untrue.

When we finally got back to the car our car had not been brought round from the long term car park so we had to endure another long wait while it was retrieved. -  2007-04-18
Purple Parking Please! Please! Please! use another company i foolishly ignored the bad reviews, arrived in good time was told to wait for a certain minibus, then watched as another which was not full left. That was not a problem at the time til i realised all the minibuses drop off at all the terminals! so it took 1 hour from dropping off my car to arriving at terminal 3. Parking Express Have used Parking express at Heathrow for at least the last 7 year, I have no cause for complaint, transfer buses are frequent.

Purple Meet & Greet We used this for the first time in January and whilst we found the outgoing journey BRILLIANT we found the return leg awful. We waited a very long time for our car to be told we'd had a flat battery (rubbish)by the surliest,rudest driver I've ever had the displeasure to meet. Purple Parking We have used meet amd greet twice, the first time worked like clockwork and was fantastic, the second tiime, despite following the instructions to the letter, we had to call three times and waited 35 minutes and were met with surly indifferent staff. Purple Parking Found carpark fine although did print off own map rather than relying on their map. Had left for Heathrow within 20 mins of arriving, in a half empty minibus. Took approx half an hour to get to the airport but otherwise good service. Collection on return was also good, phoned when plane touched down, and minibus arrived approx 1 and half hours after this at terminal 3, which meant we only spent about 20 minutes waiting outside. Purple Parking No problems on outward trip.left car ar around 1400. Return at 0500, no pickup for 50 mins, dirty transport, reeking of cigs, unhelpful unfriendly driver, not dropped of at car,had to search for it in snow. Nil customer service - Roger Bradwell 2007-02-08
Purple Parking We were very happy with the efficient, businesslike service from the Purple Parking Staff. BUSINESS PARKING THEY ARE COVERED BY THE TENTS AND HAVE CHANGED ONE MEMBER OF STAFF SAID IT COULD BE BETWEEN 2 & 8 MATE. PUT A TEMPORARY ONE UP PLEASE. VERY VERY POOR WE MISSED THE 1st bus STANDING THE WRONG END TOOK NEARLY AS LONG AS THE FLIGHT TO REACH THE CAR PARK. - FULTON HENRY 2007-01-30

Purple Meet & Greet Phoned ahead as we were ½ hour early, agent was there to meet us, fast hand-over. Despite general chaos (cleaned) car was re-delivered within 10 min of arrival at rendezvous point. Agents courteous and friendly.
