I was slightly concerned after having read some of the reviews on this sight but everything was fine. When we arrived the guy at the desk tells you everything you need to know, there was a bus waiting and were at the airport in plenty of time. On our way back again a bus was waiting and then our car was literally 10 metres away, there were scratches or dents and so I can safely say that Airparks Luton is excellent value for money, what more do people want? - Jon Cain 2007-06-12 |

Beware, as others have said the transfer staff have a strong dislike of sports equipment and will show you the small print as soon as you try to board the bus. In our case we had two bike bags and were told we were not allowed on the bus even though our car had already been parked and we had never seen the small print. We as good as forced our way on with the bike bags and there was plenty of room on the bus in the proper racks for these, so I can't see what their problem is. Staff were grumpy and unhelpful. On the way back there was a big queue and a full bus but as there were two of us, one fetched the car and the other waited outside the airport with the bikes. I have to say I would not recommend this place in spite of the cheap pricing. - 2007-06-11 |

Arrived late after M1 closed , although we were only people there driver made us wait until the alloted time (20mins later) hence we missed our flight by 10 mins. Very un helpful staff, while I was waiting I saw a member of staff doing a handbrake turn , this may have been his own car but it still alarmed me, When I collected the car several people in th queue to collect cars were arguing about several issues. I will never use these people again , I strongly recommend you use the other offsite parking. These might be the cheapest but its just not worth it. Although I had a 4am drop staff were friendly at set off for the airport immediatly, It was not until I was forced to use a competitor during the busy bank holiday period recently that I have realised how good central car park is, only problem that everyone knows this too now so book early or miss out - David Holmes 2007-06-06 |

We left our car in Airparks at Luton and when we picked it up, it had a long scratch down the side of the driver's door. We were advised to contact customer services - that was almost four weeks ago and we haven't heard anything. There is only person in the customer services department and they only work afternoons! Have used this carpark now numerous times and still proves to be efficient and with friendly staff .... travelling with 2 small children ( 10 wks and 3yrs) so had stress and pressure already and Airparks was extremely effiecient and smooth running as we have always found it so no added stress. Have read other feedback left by others and struggle to believe they have parked at the same carpark. Tried the new service this time where car brought to terminal ..... FANTASTIC!! I was very worried about leaving my beloved car for a long weekend but had no problems with Alpha at all. Left car at the office, gave them the keys and hopped on the bus. Ride was short and sweet. On our way back we called them up and were told the shuttle bus was on its way and 5 mins later, it arrived, drove us back and our car was ready and waiting. A really good service! On the way out, the transfer left to the airport straight away. After calling on arrival at Luton, the transfer pulled up as we got outside. As we got out of the minibus, my car was waiting for me. All in all, a very slick service, very close to the airport, so much easier than some of the other services further away (and cheaper!). Outward journey went well - efficient and quick service from the night staff - it was around 1 am. On return at 10 am huge queue for the bus, managed to get on the first one, God knows how long others had to wait. Driver grumpy and unhelpful sitting above his sign saying he woldn't help because of Health and Safety, the company should pay a bit more and train their staff in customer service skills as well as how to lift - others do. Driver moaning loudly about ski and board bags, saying that they were not allowed. On the principle that the company had carried them to the airport I put them on anyway as did many others who were as surprised as I was. The journey back to the car park was over 30 mins long and went through the centre of Luton. When I mentioned the issue of ski/board bags while I collected my car the service agent said it was in the small print. When I suggested that it was an idiotic position, rather fundamental and so should be made very clear, he simply told me I should have asked and should have read the small print. He continued to repeat this childish mantra as a response to every other point I made. Useless and stupid business, I wont be going there again. - Steve 2007-01-30 |

Again, I left my car at Luton Airparks and we went transferred to the Airport within 5 minutes and didn't have to wait for a bus back to the Airport. I can honestly say I think this is the best car park for Luton Airport. The staff and bus drivers are always jolly and friendly. I can highly recommend this car park. - Louise Sanders 2007-01-17 |

I have used this company twice - its very impersonal and the there is quite adelay in getting to / from the airport. However the worst aspect is that they DO NOT provide receipts and have ignored repeated emails requests.
