We've travelled via Stansted 3 times this year (lucky us!) Every time there's been a bus waiting to take us to the terminal and when we returned, again there's the bus sitting waiting for us!

Never again will i book with this place, they were late for our pick up despite we were two women alone late at night, they got the dates muddled of our return and announced it to the other customers, they never apologized for their rudeness or lateness. I travel alot from stansted and use the pinkelephant all the time for the simple reason its the cheapest option. the journey takes no more than 10 minuites and most of the time is uneventful most of the staff are friendly but some couldnt give a toss if you are late or about comfort of the busses driving fast and braking late. The car park is massive , its pretty easy to get lost and a few times ive spent a while looking for my car. The roads are in need of repair full of potholes and big puddles. As for value for money , i'd rather pat 8quid a day and a 10 minuite drive than pay 40quid a day in the ncp ripoff short stay - Tom Arto 2006-12-04 |

I have never had a problem with parking or with the bus service. I regularly have to use the service on early mornings and have found the bus drivers both cheerful and helpful. We were really concerned by the bad reviews on this car park, to the extent that we considered using ones which were much more expensive. We reasoned, though, that if you have a complaint, you submit a review, and if the service was OK, you don't bother. We have since used Pink Elephant twice, with no problems at all. OK, it's not a delightful experience, but what car park is? It did exactly what we wanted, without fuss. (If the rest of the incredibly-scuffy Stansted operated at similar levels it would make the bleak return to the UK after the efficiency of southern-European airports more bearable) I'm sure Pink Elephant has its' problems, but bear in mind the number of complaints versus the number of passengers it must handle. - John 2006-09-02 |

I inadvertently left my camera bag & all lenses and accessories on the bus,& im talking real cameras, 6x7.
Within 10 minutes it was back in my possession, all the staff were helpful in getting it back to me.Special thanks to Ray the bus driver, and the guy who drove the meteor van,whose name i never got, but many many thanks.

We've used Pink Elephant 4 times now. It is definitely the cheapest option (even getting a train or bus to the airport is more expensive if there are several of you). We've never had too much of a problem - the buses could be more frequent, but presumably this would cost more. If you plan 30 mins to get from the car park to the airport then we've found it's usually OK. You can wait a little longer for the return buses (although we've never had to wait for an hour or anything like that - the maximum we've waited is 25 mins) - but I'd rather have it that way around! - 2006-08-05 |

Pink Elephant realy needs to improve on its service at Stansted.The waiting time for the busses is totally unacceptable nearly an hour wait to get onto a bus after clearing the terminal this has been the norm for the last three years.The queues are usually thirty/forty meters long and people jump the queue there is no queueing barrier or anybody to supervise it. It is blantantly obvious there is not enough busses at busy times and at the cost of £117 to park a car in the open with a five minute bus ride is not exactly good value. I am currently waiting for answer to a letter of complaint about the srvice at Stansted and would surgest that the directors of pink elephant should read the reviews of there service - PLD Woods 2006-07-01 |

Pink elephant are in a prime position and they are not delivering a satisfactory service. They are extremely efficient at taking your money using a variety of methods, but a little slow in turning up. We had to wait 30 mins (along with 60-70 other passengers) at the bus stop outside Stansted airport on 3/6/06 to take us to our car. That is too long. - M Hamilton 2006-06-26 |

My car was damaged (large dents in bonnet), was parked in such a way so that I wouldnt notice it, reported it few hours later once I noticed it. Received email saying as I hadn't reported it there and then it wasn't their responsibility. Won't be using them again ! - mark wright 2006-06-13 |

Unforutunately you have very little choice at Stansted and I have to use Pink Elephant every month for the last four years. They get worse and worse, very expensive, poor collection service from the airport, hundreds of people trying to get on the same bus because there appears to be a shortage of collections from the airport. They really do need trade and standards office to get them into order. If you have to use them and are dissatisfied please complain. They are a disgrace - Jane 2006-06-12 |

The baboon who parked my car left the radio on and the battery was flat when I returned. I had a nervous drive home trying not to stall the car and now I have to spend £25 to have the radio unlocked.
Although there was no waiting for the transfers, the van has terrible suspension. The bone shaking ride takes about 15 minutes along back country roads. Definitely the least comfortable part of the whole journey. - Andrew 2006-05-17 |
